Washington Learning Center (Adult Education Center) - Peoria, Illinois Next Design > Description For the benefit of Peoria School District 150’s Adult Education Center, the Moss-Bradley Residential Association contacted Bergfeld Studio to assist with implementing landscape improvement grant money that the Association had secured.
